Thats a nice looking upper. I just need my barrel and ill have mine done. But i got my jeep, and it really put a hold on my weapons money... :smsoap:

with as inexpensive the lowers are, Why waste the time machining one. High standard out of Houston builds sweet rigs I've got two, I'll try to find ya a lower, I knew where three were. That is a nice upper.

I think it's Montana that is building rifles without serial numbers, apparently they can as long as they are not sold out of state.

Odds are, you won't find a "paperless" stripped lower.
