I'm not a fan of their front LAs but so far I kinda like the rear set up they got going on. It makes me wonder if they will make a trianglated upper kit for the ZJ like claytons.

Are you going to box those mounts on the top? Looks like that plate will bend.

They look like 1/4". They should be fine for uppers. Clayton's rear uppers are about the same way with lots of ZJs using them with no issues that I've seen.

Claytons. I used a Barnes mount for my rear uppers which I like a lot. I think that IRO will be ok though.

There is not much room fro longer springs under the "frame", if you were to inboard them then you could use longer springs.

You can use long springs, they just need to be a light rate. I'd look into dirt oval springs

PAC has a variety of 20" spring with a bind height of 5"

Not a lot has happened, got some paint on the axle, paint on the bumper and the gears/ARB set up.

Hoping this weekend I'll have the axle mocked up.
