Below the bar. I would make metal tabs to mount the light instead of using the stock light mounts. Making the tabs shorter so there is less gap between the light and the bar.

80 watts a piece, $180 the pair.

Those flush mounts are chump compared to these. Those will look like candles compared to 80 watts of blinding fury.

5x brighter if you would like a number associated with it.

03 Jeep Liberty axle. $25. This will get me the caliper brackets, soft lines and longer wheel studs. And prob $10 back in scrap.
