That's not to say it was easy - I've got a nice dent in one of my rockers and lots of other scratches, gouges, etc. to show for it. I think I'll wait until I'm sitting higher before heading back there.

DutchVDub said:left hand / carnage are fun trails. there are actually 4 or 5 different ways through that whole trail system with some awesome views and good wheeling for stock and lifted vehicles. the carnage portion of it can be difficult and cause damage but nothing so bad that you need to worry much about breaking. basically a really fun challenge but w/o mutch butt puckering fear. i'm not going to make it to omaha this weekend after all, so if you guys still want to run up to boulder and do left hand / carnage let me know. its close enough for me to burn the gas to get to.

You'll be fine @ Carnage... Take I25 South to HWY66 [North longmont exit] Continue west towards the mountains until you get to HWY 7, turn left [heading south] then look for Lefthand Canyon Rd. on your right in ~5-6miles. Travel up Lefthand and you'll see the trailhead on the right, can't miss it especially on a weekend.
Hit me up if you need anything else.
