If the fuse doen't fix it then check to see if the connectors are plugged in under the seat rail. I unplugged mine to preserve the motors and the gear driven rail.... can't replace these units now.... DC obsoleted them.... I just purchased the last one in stock.
If you can't get them to work there is a way to manually move the seat after removed from the vehicle. it's a hassle but it will at least put the seat where you want it....
