Bored on Saturday and can't make the Big Bear run? Wife is out spending the Christmas budget? Dog can't stand the stench of your dirty underware? Neighbor drank all of your beer on Friday night? Wrenching on my crap on Saturday morning to mid day (9 -2-ish?) in the Anaheim Hills area.

Pretty easy project, I hope to have half of it done by Friday night.
Saturday we are going to shove a new front end under my crap with new
springs, high steer, brakes, drop brackets and whatnot.

Drop an email if you want to come by:
(adventureseeker714 at gmail dot com / singlespeeder2002 at yahoo's
IM).

I promise you won't work too hard... ;)

Trade you some wrench time for some window installation time???

There is a 20% chance I can help. My wife wants me to do some other crap but......we'll see. ;)

How's it going?

Gone.

Here is something posted on the other list:

Thanks to Johnny, Cal and James for the help today. We got a late
start to do some "clearance, Clarance" issues but all is well and
the axle is under the heep. Johnny, here in after referred to as
the drop bracket king, masterfully got the drop brackets on in
record time with mere glances at instructional pictures. "Easy" is
a word that comes to mind. If you are doing a set, call John!

Dave brought that beast over for us to check out, and I have to say
that is the coolest thing on four wheels. Almost makes me want to
get a Kaiser. Rockin' cool, we drooled on it for about a half hour.

Have to build a new trackbar (think straight and Johnny Jointed with
a double shear at the frame), align it, put other brake lines on
(the droop is wicked and my extended ones are maxed) and I'm pretty
much done.

Oh yeah, and find some good 16" 33's that someone is parting with. ;)

Thanks again to all who helped with elbow grease, gear setting
(Scott rocks), parts ((edit) Avery, Eddie and Cal rock) and knowledge (Mike R most
especially, DC and a few others) and to those that called and
offered help or checked progress.

I'm off to shower the metal fragments out of my ass and have a beer.

glad things went relatively smoothly. I spent the entire day putting holes in my house.
