Have never really heard of them, currie is the only own that I am even remotely familiar with. But this is the first time I have ever gotten into this kind of project. Any reputation comments on them ?

The Dynatrac Pro Rock 60 is a fine piece, but bolt in will run about $6k.

Tera has a very slick centersection.

Also Rock Crusher/Krusher makes a 60 I believe.

All of these are bling in the $ department though.

Joe & Pete at TRC (a NAXJA sponsor) build some good axles. They could make whatever you want, and they aren't too far from you either.

PM RockReadyXJ for details.

Dynatrak is a California company that advertises in all the 4WD magazines. They did the custom D44 front axle for one of the magazine's Cherokee project vehicle a couple of years ago. I haven't dealt with them personally, but the magazines take a lot of projects to them so they can't be too bad.

Drive Train Direct I have dealt with (not for a custom axle) and I think they're a good company. But they are also in California.

Talk to TRC first. It's nice to support our members if possible.

I'm heading their way with my $$$ in the next few weeks, for me they are local. They seem to be more flexible with what they offer/ customer wants. Currie only gave me two choices for knuckles on a 44; CJ or those like I already have on my LP30. I want to address steering while I'm at it.

What kinda trouble are you getting into now Tim??

Ask Currie for a custom location on a track bar. They don't work with you on stuff like this. Smaller, hungrier shops will.

1. Order
2. Slid under Jeep
3. Bolt in
4. Fill with lube
5. Wheel.

I have a Currie rear, top notch.
