FYI, couple excerpts from the discussion on this. Pay attention to where you are driving. Notable piece of information is that the Wolverine Power Cooperative Land Management Supervisor knows about the event.

Thanks for the heads up PP, but it was not the Pine St trail. All good we kept ourselves to a civil responsible manner!

are they concerned about the tons of college students who are out there!! burning tires, throwing beer can and bottles everywhere, beer boxes everywhere, and actually tearing these tracks up!!!! Not the people that are responsible, clean up after themselves, and dont go repeatedly through holes to tear them up?

Im not trying to be a dick but you people tried to ruin a good time!!

I think you're just being a dick and whining because you didn't go about this the right way.. When you say ignorant things like this, you get all of us grouped right up there with people doing the wrong thing:

If i get busted and in trouble i will go ahead and say you were right but i go out there all the time and have never had any problems;)

Noth having been caught in the past doesn't mean a damn thing. Next time, do the responsible thing and show that you plan to conduct a trail ride in a legal manner and with permission by specifying where it will be. Not only will this alleviate the concerns of those that are active in our state on land issues, but it will help protect you in the event that tresspassing does take place during the same time of your run and the driver is assumed to be part of your group. Some of the top members of GLFWDA in Michigan were participating in the thread those quotes were taken from and there's not much of anything from stopping some random people that get caught from telling the authorities that they saw the organized trail ride on NAXJA. If can't follow through and plan legal trail ride in the proper manner, don't even post it.

Nobody was ever concerned about where it didn't take place. Being civil or responsible still doesn't mean legal or having permission to be where you are.

Was talking in the sense if wasn't sure of the legality, we still were resposible while we was out there, now that it is being said it is illegal then will no not to go out there. But thanks Mark.
