Best Cat-back under $300?

I'm looking at the Rusty's w/ Flowmaster, the Dynomax Super Turbo & any others in the price range. So far I like the Rusty's best, since it is 2.5" diameter. I don't *need* that much flow right now but it leaves me room to grow if I cam the jeep some day.
Any others I'm missing?

I personally like no tailpipe, o I have a maggy 14" 4x9 oval with a turndown.

Yoss if I'm remembering correctly you have some fab skill, no?

Build it yourself, to your tailoring. I bought all my stuff from Performance Curve. Magnaflow high-flow cat, Magnaflow muffler, and PC mandrel bent tailpipe. Threw ina few hangers, and welded it all together. Oh, also ditched traditional clamps and went with some turbo v-band clamps. WAY easier to work with if you ever want to take it back apart.

I just bought an exhaust from performance curve. Got a hi flow cat, mandrel bent pipe, clamps and Magna flow exhaust shipped to my door for $189. Havent installed yet, but everything show up quickly and I have never heard anything bad about them, and I looked them up on some other boards just to make sure.

Slightly OT, but what about replacing the Downpipe? I have APN Headers, would there be any improvement using a 2.5" downpipe?

Do you have any mods? Such as injectors, bored TB, cowl intake etc? If so a custom, mandrel-bent downpipe would be beneficial for sure as long as you have a better than stock exhaust as well.

at stock height, you don't want an up-sized downpipe. The u-joint will hit it. The crimp in the factory downpipe is there to clear the front driveline. Ask me how I know.
