Bellhousing inspection cover replacement?

Hello everyone,
I just bought a 2000 XJ 4.0l automatic and was replacing most of the front suspension when I noticed the bellhousing inspection cover plate was missing. I've searched the web and could only find this ebay listing. Would this fit a 2000? My local pull-apart closed down recently and the JY won't let me wander around to find one, so I'm SOL locally. Any suggestions?

Note: this is just the lower part of the housing cover / dust cover and should look like the part that's circled in this image I pulled from Stu Olsen's Jeep Site

That is way too much when you can buy a new dealer part for $14

Thanks. Using that part number I found a MOPAR page that doesn't specify if it is the upper or lower dust shield but from their I found a site that did specify and they apparently have the same part number. I might be wrong but I'll pay $15 to find out.

Watch the shipping on that, I see that is same as the part cost... your local dealer may be able to do better in that case.
