beat down track bar questions

I know this has probley been bet up and spit out but my brain cant seem to figure it out. So i come to you for help once again.
I have RE 4.5 spring w 1.75 spacers. My track bar is also RE along the there drop bracket my lower arms are ruff XXXXry with there drop brackets with the stock uppers.
Now to my problem when i cycle the front i get verry little drop with binding and good up travel with out any binding. If i take off the track at one end thair is no binding and a crap load of drop. Oh i have trimed up the stock mount for the track bar and also driled a new hole moving the bar closer to the sterring box. So what am i not seeing? Please help a retarded what ever you can come up with thinks

your suspension will only droop as far as the trackbar and the steering will allow, when working together. you are likely being limited by the lateral movement of your steering while it is fighting with the trackbar's range of motion. if you are still running stock steering i would bet money of this being your problem. if not, what steering setup are you running??
