I just saw this picture on a friend of mine's facebook. Now I go to work in a few hours, we have lots of bacon and a pizza oven. Hmmm the possibilities.

Also at work we have this bacon we make called praeline bacon. Its regular bacon coated with brown sugar and other goodies. This bacon is absolutely delicious!

Here it is on out Salmon BLT, its the best!

I just picked up 20 lbs of bacon from the local meat processor.

Cowboy grillers last night for me. Brenda took chicken breasts and stuffed them with cream cheese and diced jalapenos then wrapped them with BACON and threw them on the Weber grill. I was in charge of BBQing the peaches and cream sweet corn.

I was hoping for Bacon this morning... then I saw Tess eating Raisin Bran and I knew I had to make my own bacon if I wanted it. So looks like it is cereal (I can never cook bacon right). But she will be sorely disapointed when I only throw one steak on the grill tonight instead of two.

They are getting Fish tonight. I am throwing it on the grill with the steaks. I have made them steaks a few times. But they wanted grilled fish this time.

They usually just want me to throw on Hamburgers and hot dogs for them which is fine by me.

I tend to overcook which makes it real crunchy and not as good as when she cooks it.

You must learn the ways to be a bacon jedi. I got lucky yesterday, only over cooked one piece!
