Man, that's just fowl. But, I agree, you have to cover up the taste somehow.
my wife is concerned with her weight.
I told her she doesn't need to worry about it until I stop molesting her and trying to get her naked.

i eat turkey burger all the time...high protein, low fat. you just pretend its a real burger. i usually make sure i get a real bacon cheeseburger on sundays though
Hell, so am I.... okay, my weight, not your wife's. At least when I get on the scale, it's not saying "One at at time!" anymore.
I've tried ground bird. As long as it's extensively seasoned, it's not completely horrible. Can't fathom it as a basic burger, though. Then again, I make burgers out of 90/10 beef.

I was sure I was gaining weight this summer/fall based on how I was eating, then checked the scale right before thanksgiving for shiggles. 193lbs. 2lbs lighter than I was before the holidays last year...
