I put the hammer down on some centercut bacon for breakfast this morning. I left a few strips for tomorrow sammich of turkey and bacon w/ some swiss...YUM!

Yesterday for lunch my buddy Brian and I went to Sonic. I had the double cheeseburger and added on some bacon, jalapenos and chili. Talk about a tasty burger. Good thing I had some tasty beverage to wash it down.

ok so I got to share to the Bacon gods my latest creation or recreation if you will.

So today is our x-mas dinner at work so I decided to make the Bacon Explosion. I made it once before and it was gone quicker then I could cut it so I decided to make 2 yes fellows I said 2 lol.

The first one I made was your basic B.E. only I used half spicy sausage and half four cheese sausage and added some extra sharp cheddar cubes directly in the middle for an extra yummy surprise.

Ok so my second one I went way way outside the norm on it and tried something totally different please tell me what you think.

First I made the bacon weave and sprinkled the bbq rub on it then set it to the side. Next I took a marinated pork loin and cut to lay flat (kinda unrolled it). Then I took some chicken breast and cooked them up buffalo style, them laid that in the center of the loin covered in buffalo sauce. Rolled the loin around the chicken, then the bacon around the loin. sprinkled a little bit of seasoning on top and cooked side by side with the true B.E.

Will take pics when we cut into them today at lunch and post up

Last night I went to an Irish Pub for dinner. I had the Irish breakfast. Sirloin, potato, eggs and, of course, BACON!
Edit: Washed it all down with a Guinness.
