Back Spacing

I am going to put the 5.5" Rubicon Express lift and 33" BFG mud tires on my 2001 XJ. What back spacing should i get(or use or what ever the right term is)

I think I am using 3.75 BS on my 33's. You measure from the inside rim to where the rim attaches to the axle, thats your BS. Jeff CamoXJ

Hate to hi-jack.... But is 3.75 ok for 8" of lift and 37's on a 15x8 rim with 19mm offset... I'm thinking of buying a set and need to know if it will work ok.
