B osch or Censo 117A Alternator?

These are my 2 choices at Napa. I"m not sure which to get. One is about 30 more than the other, but I"m more concerned about reliability.

You don't say what year or engine.
Can't get the Rayloc (Napa brand)?
Have one in my '00.
Seems OK.
