210 freeway to azusa exit. head up the mountain till you see the sighn and gate (possibly a line of guys trying to get in too)

no alcohol
no fires
no charcoal
no glass containers
cross streams at 90 degrees and only at marked crossings
4x4's only on the dirt
pretty much all normal rules
$8 to get in $13 if you trailer

Theres more rules but those are the ones they ask about all the time

thanks for the directions dan. dennis, i picked up those seat rails tonight. i assume most of the people going to big bear have left already, so anyone going to azusa this is your final boarding call flight 5150 to azusa canyon is now boarding. see you sunday folks!

just a reminder since its on the other page now,

jack in the box, 9am. leaving for the canyon at 9:30. if you miss us just head north from the azusa canyon exit off the 210 stay on that road all the way up the mountain till you see the line of vehicles pulled over on the right waiting to get in.

im going with cb channel 4, i'll see ya there

I'll be there... I'll stop by and say Hi... I'll bring a camera and take pics... there are only a few mud pits left... the one big one and another a bit further up the canyon... most people were still around the big pit last week... if you leave JITB @ 9:30 you should pretty much have your pic of spots... I'll prolly be on the other fork next to the big pit so the kids can play in the water... But I'll head out every once in a while to goof off... If you choose your line, you can drive through the big pit end to end without sinking... but 6 feet the other way and you're up to your mirrors... Much enjoyment to watch...

looks like i wont be going.

fixed that, then it shit out the fan belt. replaced it with a gatorback that doesnt fit, was able to limp it home. i'm sick of fucking with it.

gad damnit! you were going to bring the tortillas, i just spent 60 bux on the meat and another 30 on drinks, and filled up my gas tank... im completely out of money, just $8 left to get in to the place (hows that for budgeting ).

so who wants to step up and bring a couple packs of tortillas? corn or flour doesnt matter to me, but we need something to eat the asada with! the guy looked at me like i was nuts when i asked for 10lbs of meat haha, its a huge bag of meat
