2001 3.8, DTC p0440, small evap leak. We have smoked it 3 times, the only leak is out of the oil fill on the valve cover. WTF? this can't be normal as the PCV test's good. Anyone?

Intake manifold gaskets recently replaced, new pcv valve was installed. Pcv valve & o-ring have been checked all 3 times it was evap smoked.
