As you may know...

Lets see, YJ, with swampers, no power, leafs front/rear, crappy shocks, no top. To me, it doesn't sound like a fun ride on OR off-road. But I guess that's why I like my XJ.

If it's a good deal, there's a reason for it.

:conceited

I think the only thing this would be good for, would be a shell for a JV buggy.

I have owned two YJs and like both of them but am now happy with the XJ for all the reasons mentioned above. The first one I owned remained bone stock but was still noisy, cold, and lacking room storage. I daily drove it year round (rain or shine) with the top down, doors off....fun for a while but gets old. I also owned a built YJ on full width D44s, 37s, comp cut, fullcage, SOA. I drove this occasionally on the street but would not have made a daily driver.

My first Jeep was a 95 YJ. Couldn't stand noise and the jarring leaf spring ride as a DD. I couldn't even drink my morning coffee on my commute to work unless I held it with my hand. Sold it and got my XJ which is IMHO is far better engineered and more pleasant to drive. The XJ is also a lot more useful with the large cargo space. I personally won't buy another YJ unless it's a trail only rig.

how would you drink coffee without holding it with your hand while driving?

Had a YJ, noisy, cold, rough..... sold it when I "discovered" XJ's.
