I have been looking for another Jeep. Well I came across "the other kind" today for an amazing deal, think I might just go pick it up. I know I know what your thinking, but even though I wont have an XJ anymore Ill still hang around. I dont have it in my driveway yet so I am not promising anything, but i hope to get it soon.

The reason it looks so ugly is because the owner has sanded it down for paint. The owner wants 1500 for it. I think that is a pretty reasonable price, what you think?

Here is a little run down of it. It is a 1992, has the 4cyl, 5spd, spring over axle lift, 33 Super swampers, 4.10's, which I think were stock ratio anyways. Passes smog with flying colors. The custom cage and seats will be removed, and stock seats and cage will be put back in it. Definently needs a paint job, says it has wheeled Big Bear and Johnson with no problems. Rear end is locked. If I can find a deal on an XJ though, I will consider that first. Going to actually loook at it again on friday!

So deal, or should I wait??

dude i think it would be sick for a trail rig.. but for a daily driver.. not so much. you can find a fairly nice stock xj for 1500.. one of my uncles complaints on his tj is that the noise on the inside is really bad, you can hardly hear each other, or the radio, and he doesnt even dd it.. but dude it all comes down to what you think and what your liking is!

Yah Alek, I 'm having a hard time know. I really dont think I want it. Wranglers just arent for me, I do think that it would be nice to have, but as a DD, probably not so fun! I think I'll just keep looking for an XJ. I dont know what I want..lol

IMO I think that the 4cyl engine pushing anything bigger than stocks is just way under powered, I like that jeep looks cool. IMO you'd need to re gear it. I drove a 4cyl with 4.10's and 31's and to me it was a dog. Does he have the top/doors? For the price though its nice.

i think you would be happier with an xj ya know?? you would expect the wrangler to be like ur old xj lol..

Doesn't look fun as a daily driver. You could never leave anything in it and the noise sucks. If its hot or cold outside you will be miserable and 4cyl with 33's 4.10's bleeehhhh.
