ARB bumper knockoff?

I could be wrong...and I usually am, but does this look like a knockoff of ARB's front bumper to you? I mean, it looks reasonably stout but I definitely see some resemblance :helpme:

Someone posted a photo of this bumper on their Jeep a few months ago. It doesn't look like the frame mounts go back far enough. I would think with some tie in brackets it might be okay. I would want to see better photos of its construction though.

It looks really close to the one I have on mine with just minor differences as the blinker/fog lights, light tabs in center, and the oval mounting holes. That's all I noticed maybe more. It's almost a 1/3 the price so can't complain

I'd never seen one in person, til I picked mine up yesterday.

The stock six bolts? Are you sh!ttin me?!?

Good thing it came with a jeep bolted to it, and I just planned to resell the bumper anyway...

Look closely - there are two different bumpers pictured there. You can tell by how the brush guard ties into the main bumper - in one pic the brush guard curves around the headlight area and goes straight down and ties into the bumper, in the other pics it curves around the headlight area and then angles in to tie into the bumper. ARB bumpers have that angle.

I'd ask the guy which one you were getting...

I think that covers most of it.

BTW....when is the Turner Bumper Company coming out with a winch bumper?? I need to replace my less than "stout" bumper

the tie ins are pretty weak compared to everything else basically especially for a winch bumper. they are also very thin and dent easily because of this.
