Ya know, what gets me is the Aztecs didnt have leap year. So we are adding a day every 4 years. dec 21st 2012 may actually be more like Oct 3rd or some crap like that.

If it is going to happen, it's going to happen. No need to worry about it.

X2! i had that argument with one of masons friends last night lol.

i dont have a BUG out bag like most. ive got a few bags. ive got a couple ammo cans, all my climbing gear in 2 bags, another bag with knives/machette/hatchet, a duffle with some clothes and ive always got aleat a full case of bottled water in the house. and the camping gear is all packed and accessible. i pop the garage, open the hatch of the jeep, throw shit in and im gone.

Haha yeah, he's uh... well, lets just say he has the same ship date as me, to the same place, for the same MOS, and I'm not all that happy bout it lol.

That's pretty much how I do things... I have a backpack with the essentials (cooking stuff, water purification, sleeping bag/tent, machete, flammable stuff, etc.), then another backpack with climbing stuff (chalk, gloves, cams), and a cold weather bag (old snowboard gear, sugar, crampons and picks, propane torch, warm crap). Knives, compasses and the like go everywhere so they're not packed up, and there's a flashlight and spare batteries in each bag, and I have a 24 pack of bottled water from WalMart in the corner of the garage to grab on the way out.
