Well I changed my mind I am going to give it a try. As far as I can see the worse that will happen is that it doesnt stop the leak and I have to pull the head anyways. If it toasts the waterpump well no biggie this pump has 135k on it so it has to be getting there. I asked this question on another well respected forum and everybody that chimed in has had zero problems using it.
