Shipping times are good. I've ordered gear and ammo from there, but not medical supplies (I tend to use other vendors for those - like the guys that cater to public safety. Better selection, and better stock.) You shouldn't have any trouble with a kit like that for the individual, tho.
 
I was looking to keep those packs in my Jeep for a local SAR team. Im EMT certified and looking to join a local Vol. Corp as well.

Only have about $100 to spend and figured between the Truama pack, med pack, and strecher I would be prepared for pretty much everything I would see minus the C-collar.

Theres also a local supplier that I get a discoutn with, I was gonna go talk to them and look at their galls stuff but for $100 cheaperthandirt is gonna be hard to beat.
 
I'll not argue that at all - if I find something through an outfit like CheaperThanDirt, Tapco, or Sportsman's Guide, I'll be sure to get it there.

It's just that they're mostly surplus vendors, which can make their inventory coverage a bit spotty. That's both good and bad - you can find some oddball stuff on the surplus market, but not all the time.

Honestly, I say go for it. I've found quite a bit of Czech gear to be reliable anyhow - pretty much any of the European Communist Bloc nations all made good gear (I've seen Romanian or Yugo AKs that were miles better than the Russian!)

If you want, email me a reminder, and I can send some PS supplier links your way - I think I have a few. Go ahead and use my NAXJA email, and give me a day or so to answer. I'm always on the lookout for the odd, the strange, and the downright weird - as long as it's useful...
 
I generally get MREs from them, but have bought a few other things as well over the past four years or so. No complaints whatsoever.
 
My stepson bought some kind of huge duffel bag/backpack of European origin from them which he took to England for a summer. Good rugged stuff, and very cheap indeed. Service was good too. Once you've ordered from them, you'll get a LOT of catalogs for a couple of years.

I would have to agree with the Ak's too. I went from a .22 magnum to a Bulgarian Milled AK-47. Its worlds apart from my step dads russian AK.

IDK about that trauma kit though. The dimensions say its onlt 5.5x6x3". The Czech kit also says it comes with a Nylon Strecher. Ill have to ask a tech what that means and how it compares to the German one.
