Anybody have a transfer punch set?

You can take your 7/16th drill bit insert it in hole, tap it with light hammer, then rotate it 90 degrees, then tap again. This produces a cross that you can center punch. Also using dykem blue helps.

Thanks for the tip. I actually bought a set at HF for like $10 (after looking at every other store in the greater Sacramento area).
