Any good area's in the Central NY Area?

oh sure you guys in CNY pop up as soon as I leave. I was looking for places in B'ville.. Now that I have moved away y'all start talking about places to go. hmpf.:mad: Anyway You might want to check out www.mudnutz.org (I might have spelled that wrong) and try out http://www.team4ward.org/

I usually go to Morgan Hill in the Truxton/Tully area, or the state lands south of Cortland and in Virgil. From there I hit the power line trails. Lately I've been going to the DEC website and using the "DEC Navigator" to find state land maps and roads, and then just driving out there to look around. Topo maps work good too.
 
hey guys try to keep locations and trail names off the open forums. pm each other if ya want to discus locations.
 
Spotted another lifted XJ today while on my way to pick up my dad. It was parked in the lot (don't know which letter) at the intersection of Judd Falls Road and Tower Road. Dark green 97+ with a sunvisor, looked like 33s, maybe 35s on chrome wheels. Is it anyone here?

Sounds cool...I'd be up for that. After the holidays would be cool for a meet & greet. Most of the trails I know of would be best after the snow starts melting, as most of them double as snowmobile trails. Plus, my stock height XJ would probably have some trouble negotiating trails where the snow is measured in feet.

For the M&G, let's see who all posts up, and pick a central location.
 
As i said in the other thread, right after the holidays, in january and right after i get my rockkrawler and aj's skids, im down for some wheelin in N.Y.! PM me if you guys finally agree on a set date, place, and time!

i live in CNY area. moved from B'ville to cicero a little over a year ago. I have a stock xj that wouldn't mind seeing a trail once in a while, but it would like to keep its paint. lol
