One of these days I gotta get a pic of these crazy Amish dudes with there steel wheels on their tractors... even their stickin' lawn mowers have steel wheels.

So I'm just wondering, these are made to plow through the fields I'm curious what the F these would do out in the woods on a jeep. HAHAHA
I gotta get a Photo so some of you can see what I mean. but this could be the new frontier in offroading. We just dont know it yet :)

There ya go! yeah I can just see trying to blaze through a rocky section spinning the wheels... sparks flyin up like 20 feet. heh heh

you could just weld on claws and climb vertical rock faces

Just for the sake of it I would seriously like to see a set of 33 steel tractor wheels on a xj like this:

This is a totally different thing, but... uh, yikes.

I live around this kinda stuff... its like an Amish twilight zone

my ol lady says that amish aren't actually americans because of how they seperate themselves from society, and wont joint the military etc. I dont know, do they have birth certificates and that kind of shit or to they just churn butter and grow beards.?

The ride would be horrible.
We had a demolition derby car once and filled the tires with concrete so they would not go flat.
It was like riding with no suspension, shook everything.
(The concrete did not have re-bar, so, it broke up in a couple hundred feet of pavement.)

Have you ever been on a dozer, they shake terrible too on hard packed roads.
And those open treads seem to be the opposite of airing down, they will sink straight through the soft dirt or mud trails.

depending on the group, I've been told they live tax free, and some sects that do pay taxes denounce their citizenship so as to not pay taxes... dont ask me how that works.

dude so funny that you bring this up..
wife and I moved out of Lanc co, a couple years ago.. and when i came back over to your house the other week I was reminded about the buggy problem over there.
Its sick how moving 8 miles changes everything.
I never see a buggy or those POS bike riders taking up the whole damn road!
:farmer:
all for what? because they think they are better than us?

oh, and the wheels do wear out. because they DRIVE THEM ON THE F$%^ING ROAD AND TEAR UP THE ROAD THAT THEY DON"T PAY TAXES FOR F&^%ERS!!!

no I am not bitter.
