advice/tips on transfer case

I have 1999 Cherokee with a tcase that keeps poppin out of 4L. Was wondering if anyone had an extra tcase for sell, even better one with 4 to 1 gearing. It needs to have SYE also. Or advice on what's goin on. Bad forks? Thank you

Mine Sid the same thing and I had a bent fork and the little plastic bushing that holds the rod went south! Check em very cheap fix!

COuld even be as simple as your linkage not adjusted properly.

Check the lever or linkage to make sure its not hitting the center consol if you have an after market cross member, a dropped cross member or check the tranny bushing to make sure it isn't collapsed and sitting low. All those could cause the lever to not fully lock it in 4lo.

I'll stop by tomarow Sean. Thanx for the tips guys. I tested it again today and when shifting through 2w-4h-4L it goes in great but with the touch of one finger pushing towards N from 4
L it falls out pretty easy. So yea.
