Acceleration Bog Down

99' XJ, 4.0......Right after it shifts into 2nd there is a power loss. It happens sometimes during normal acceleration as well at random times. Thinking my cat might be clogged.

New plugs, ignition coil, wires, etc. I replaced the front O2 sensor but not the rear yet. Almost feels like it is running extremely rich (as based on my experience with RX7's)

Mine was doing that last month. My cat -was- clogged.. well, not so much clogged, i hit it on a rock and the honeycomb broke up into peices, and bunched up at the back of the cat.
