People, please PLEASE P L E A S E, if you are among those who know where Paine Hill is, don't try to run it during the period when it's closed. We have lost almost every trail in Connecticut to the tree huggers, and if people go out and ignore this we'll lose one of the very few remaining places to wheel legally in the state.

I cant remember the dates as to when you can and cannot wheel there. Anyone know for a fact?

I don't recall, but I think it will vary every year, because it depends on how muddy the trail is. Best idea is to call the ranger in charge of that park. If you know where Paine Hill is, you can look up the name of the park on an official CT highway dept road map.
