99XJ front doors binding on fenders

Subject says it all.

4DR 99XJ Sport ... front doors are binding against the rear edges of the front fenders. The driver’s door has already popped off the piece of plastic rim on the fender behind the wheel well.

What would cause this??

Ok ... but what would have CAUSED this.

Anything that the garage would have done to the doors while working on the vehicle?

No, the only other things would be worn hinges or you bent the uni-body. How have you not noticed it before? Does the door "ride" up on the striker when you close the door?
