Putting this up on here before craigslist.
The only reason I'm selling it is because my wife got a new job with a long commute, and needs a back up vehicle that's automatic. We didn't need 4 vehicles and I'm not selling my CJ7 (sorry Mark)!!
1999 Cherokee 4.0, 132,400 miles
AX15, np231
Chrysler 8.25 w/ ZJ rear disc swap(was a new box kit, not junkyard, needs ebrake adjustment)
3.55 gears
Black leather XJ seats (manual not power)
overhead console, wood dash bezel
ZJ v8 steering, budget boost spacer in front, hd stock springs in rear
5-90's battery cables & grounds
rear trailer hitch
red/clear rear lamps
lots of maintenance work done, is my daily driver.
Known issues: driver's side rocker has a hole, not fully gone, but it just started last year. Passenger side shows small bubbles towards the back. I have a new made in USA rocker to go with it. I bought it and never installed.
A/C needs a recharge or possibly the evaporator replaced. I never investigated it as I never use a/c...always kept the windows open with my dog.
-on a rare occasion, the fuel gauge drops to empty. not often, but I'd rather be up front. Aside from that, I drive it every day.
Any questions, feel free to ask. $3k firm. Won't be able to sell the vehicle until Wednesday...but I have the title in hand.
