'93 Grand Cherokee Headlights

My dad wants to replace the factory headlights on his '93 Grand Cherokee Limited. The Plastic lense is yellowed and we have tried to clean. He would like to replace with a glass lense. He doesn't want to change any wiring or make any serious changes. What is required? It looks like to me that there is more to replace than just the lense. Do we need to purchase a housing for the new bulb to fit in. What is out there for a simple replacement.

cant remember for the life of me the company on ebay motors but they sell new housings that are way better and i tossed in some sylvania lights and the output was pretty good for not having done a harness upgrade....
