Squeals on startup and increases with RPMS. Goes away after it warms up (15-20 mins). Let is sit and cool down, and it returns. I don't have a mech's stethescope and not sure how I could check all pulleys while it's running anyways. The belt is nice and taut.

Id start off by removing the belt, and spinning all the pulley's by hand, less the crankshaft pulley. If one of them makes noise, its probably the culprit. How old is the belt?
maybe a couple of months. Got the jeep fro ma friend (engine is less than 2 years old) with mint interior... blah blah blah.

It's my primary until I get my 90' running again. I will try removing the belt, but I can't until next weekend. :(
If you or anyone else has an idea, throw em out. It's more of a an anoyance than anything ATM, but I know if it is a pulley bearing, it could get ugly.

Go to NAPA and pickup a krikit II belt tensions gauge, then set the belt for 170lbs, the push it and guess method of setting belt tension generally gets you around 90-125lbs, not the 170 you need.

Finally got around to replacing one of the idle tensioners (one free spun, the other didn't). And you were right about the guess n check, it was roughy 95 lbs. Broke out the krikit and got it all set.
