91 rear bumper free

I've got a stock rear bumper from a 91 to get out of my garage. If no one wants to come pick it up in Colorado Springs I'm going to junk it. It is black and needs paint but other than that it's in good shape.

Does it have brackets? I just need those. I iwll pick up the hole thing and dospose of what I don't use...sound good?
