'90 Renix vacuum hose question

I found this hose end disconnected. Hoping someone can tell me where it is supposed to go. It hangs near the heater fan.

Found a reference. Seems its a vent and is supposed to be disconnected. Mod's - feel free to delete this thread.

Sorta. Vent from the front axle vacuum actuated axle disconnect.

It should be just like it is. Unplugged.
