9" axle retainer torque spec?

I can't find anything other than 50 - 70 ft. lbs. for these four nuts. I've tightened to ~25ft. lbs and it's getting a little scary.
These are the four that hold the brakes and axle retainer to the mounting plate on the axle tube. If it makes a difference, this is on the big bearing style.

Nevermind. I found it in my "MOTOR" truck and diesel repair manual. 30 - 40 'lbs.
