Fiancee finally broke down and accepted defeat on her XJ, she doesnt have time to put it back together and neither do I. we got it and the PO said the head gasket was done, the oil was strawberry milkshake. So we pulled the head and replaced the head gakset before it dawned on me that it was just a busted trans line in the radiator. our loss you evers gain.
specs:
88 or 89 XJ i dont remember havent looked at the title since we bought it.
4.0L/AW4/231 combo
interior is what i would call a 4.5-10 new headliner, front seats, and a good cleaning would make it more than decent.
new every gasket that is needed for a head gasket change
all stock, something like 240xxx miles
only down sides are that it needs a new transmission, and the engine accessories to be put back on. heads bolted and torqued, and the intake and exhaust are on. just never got around to putting everything else back on.
we're asking $1000 obo, we have wiggle room on the price. will needs to be towed obviously and we do have a title for this.
