89 renix xj body wiring harness removal?

Well I'm in the tear down stage right now to get my engine out for a rebuild andstart on a cage. Everything is pretty much out except the wiring I was wondering which wires do I need to keep under the dash? I see one wire(black/yellowstripe) fron theharness coming from the ecu that splits into 3 wires that tie in the body harness(black/yellow stripe)(tan)(turqoise/yellow stripe). Anyone know wat the wires lead to? This xj was saved from the junkyard for a 200 bucks but someone had already gotten to tearing stuff out and its a mess so I just wanna run my own wires for lights etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The eingine? I would be running my own wires to lights etc. The jeep was tooken apart by someone who was ripping stuff out and cutting wires so its about my only choice

arty:get a back half of the harness from a same year same engine vehicle and solder and heat shrink your wiring splices. the rear should be fuel pump and lights. and the hatch wiper. it will be better and faster in the long run than making parts of your own and running it.
then again, you could just address the wiring that is required.lights and fuel system and skip all the rest.
