NO PAPERWORK!! VIN COMES BACK CLEAN!!
originally got this with a scrap run but it was still in ok shape so i brought it back to life and did a ton of work to it. losing interest and id rather it go to someone who can finish it and have fun with it...
86 quadsport, 230cc 5spd
newer--- clutch, a arm bushings, rear tires, all wiring redone, new headlight, killswitch, front shock bushings, piston rings, motor gaskets, fmf exhaust from a honda 300cc modified to fit suzuki exhaust, ditched the worn out stock shifter setup for the direct mount shifter off a raptor, intake/airfilter. carb was re jetted and tuned, new sparkplug, newer used coil. plastics were scuffed and painted orange. frame and suspension was degreased scuffed and sprayed gloss black. comes with factory service manual and clymers full manual as well

needs---valve seals(i have new ones in boxes) rear axle bearings(i have new ones in boxes) ,hand grips, decompression lever(starts and runs fine without one, can move the little stub with a pair of pliers for easier starts, i started it just fine without any problems) , left side case cover was cracked before i got it and repaired-still holding just fine with no leaks, also could use front brake pads and front tires. rear brakes work when they feel like it and i have no clue why, bled the brakes and cleaned everything, seat is duct taped but still in good shape, also needs cam chain/timing chain---
when i did the piston rings i forgot to re-adjust the cam chain tensioner so after a few mins of idling while i fiddled with the carb, the chain slipped and snapped. motor still turns by hand. it dosnt appear it hurt anything else, new chain is 20 bucks, im just sick of working on this thing and i need money for a new transmission for my comanche. quad starts right up and is ridable once the timing chain is fixed, i was riding it today to break in the rings, parked it to fine tune the carb and it made a clank and died, looked in the side cover and there was the chain. fix the motor and get the brakes working better and youll have a fun toy. im about 210lbs and it could wheelie well into 4th gear with me on it, its definatly got some balls for only being a 230cc quad

looking for $350 obo or trade for a good working ax-15 trans
