been looking to put some 19.5s on my truck, but after all the looking i have found that the lug converters are pretty dang expensive. cheapest i have found them were 800 bucks plus shipping.
how hard would they be to make? i understand that they would need a tight tolerance. what kind of material would it need to be?

the price is offset by the longevity for which the tires last. id just cough up the dough. not sure id want to lose a wheel on a dually, let alone when it is towing something

they are like $800 plus shipping. dont have that to spend,
i was asking others for input so i dont loose a tire, or even a truck-trailer-jeep.
i run a cnc mill, and i can get use of a manual mill.

the most cost effective part i can find is the 40 lugs & nuts.

guess i dont get why you would consider buying the 19.5 wheels and tires if ya cant afford the spacers?

Should be doable on a mill but i still see it as an overall idea
