8 lug cragar soft 8's...16x8 and tires

i have a set of 8 lug soft 8's...i was going to use them on the truck but i think i want 17" wheels. they have a little surface rust but they are solid. i have no idea what the backspacing is. they are used, but not used up. tires are pretty shot, but could roll for a while.
