6.0 P/S experiences?

Just ordered a new 04 F350 XLT last week and bit the bullet and chose the 6.0 PS instead of the V10 like I originally planned. I was assured that the upgrades that were made a few months ago fixed all the issues that the 1st ones off the line had, and the warranty is pretty damn good. Anyways has anyone had any bad experiences with the 2nd gen 6.0's and what about the tranny? The new tranny just from the little I ran it seemed to shift much firmer and felt far more stout than than the POS they used to use behind the 7.3's.
