Home made 8 leaf rear springs using 2 XJ leaf packs. The packs were etched de-rusted and coated in POR-15 (though much of it has come off on the lower leaf and now surface rust is forming). New Rubicon Express pins and clamps were installed, leaves were individually greased for ultra smooth operation, and are fitted with nylon sliding pads. Superheavy duty capacity is what I would call them, I towed another XJ with these leaves on and a 2000lb trailer as well as having the XJ full of steel tubing and they barely dipped. Lifts about 4.5", give or take a half inch. Used for about 3k miles since the rebuild. I easily fit 35" tires with these leaves. $75 and shipping takes it, Im in NYC, 11364, figure about 40lbs per leaf pack.
