They may rub with stock LCA's, but you can adjust the steering stops to solve that prob. After market LCA's do not rub due to the round and not square profile.

I would say this all depends on your backspacing. I have 4.5" of lift running 31 10.50 with 3.75" backspace. I rub on the flares but I don’t rub on the LCA's.
The arms are not really a problem, but the flares will be. 31's will rub without even flexing when you turn fully left or right, but you can just get the plastic a little. At full flex, you might have a little problem rubbing in the front and rear but nothing too major, a little bit of cutting will solve that problem. Other then that youre good to go.
