3/4 Size String Bass/Double Bass

Bit of a long shot, but does anyone have a decent one sitting around that they want to sell? Kid's the principal bassist for the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony and the 1/2 size that we have been borrowing from D-11 just doesn't cut it anymore.

Im kinda confused... 3/4 size string bass?? My buddy has a squire he might be willing to sell. Ill check with him. I think it may be full size though.

Double Basses come in 3 sizes, 1/2, 3/4, and full. Not too many people play a full size bass AFAIK, they are Large. The 1/2 size is 6 ft long.

I'm not a music guy, so I don't know what a squire is.

Squire is a beginner Fender bascically. Kinda cheap but durable. His is prolly 1/2. I'll talk to him.

You are talking about an electric bass guitar. He needs an upright bass, a.k.a. double bass.
