21 hp go kart

I just got a 21 hp v twin 4 cycle brig n strat vangaurd liquid cooled electic start engine. I thought it would be pretty nasty in a go kart. But can't seem to find the right tranny for it. The biggest centrifugal clutch or torque converter i could find was rated for 18 hp 4 cycles. Plus its max rpm was 3100 and the engine's max is 3600. I want to keep it as simple as possible. But dont want to waste money on a centrifugal clutch that will just burn up after a few hours of use. If anyone could guide me in the right direction all information would be appreciated.

While I was taking Auto tech classes in High school, we (class) built a Honda 250CC Shifter cart....

Unknown as to HP, but it was sure fun!!

My cousins and I built a go kart using an old 440 cc rotax snomobile engine, we use the clutch set up from that.
