Looking to do a heavier duty suspension in a 2010 F-150 Lariat model 4x4. There are Ranch Hand Rear and Front Bumpers with the grill guard on the front.

Running 305/55/20 tires and don't want to any lift will settle for an inch or two if necessary, but nothing that will hamper handling and geometry. Truck is 95% highway and 5% hunting lease use. Trying to get some stouter stock style suspension parts to combat the fatigue of the stock parts with the after market bumper weight.

Any recommendation of kits or suppliers that I should consider? I am going to start reading up on some myself, but thought to ask for recommendations first to help guide my search.

Thanks!

Nah, but with research I determined that it wasn't really worth doing. Seems the only way to accomplish it was to do spring helpers in the rear and then stiffer rated coils in the front, but I can't find anyone that makes them.
