2.8 to 350?

Will a 350 fit in an engine bay that had a 2.8? I read something about there being less room

The firewall is shaped different compared to the 4.0 engine bays, limiting the space, however I'm fairly sure that just prevents a straight 6 from fitting.

The GM 3800 should fit in place of the 2.8L and the 3800 has about 200HP and they have a supercharged one also .
