I found this free 4x4 game called 1nsane. You can download crawling maps and a ton of diffrent jeeps and buggies for it. I got the game from a bit-torrent download but it think you can get it at http://www.insaneheat.com/ You might have to register first .

i don't think you can get it from that site listed above, i couldn't find it anyway. i downloaded it as a torrent as well. do a Google search for 1nsane full game and you should be able to find the torrents. that site listed above will let you download new maps and cars though.

I can't find any of the xjs in the pictures. There is only one XJ and it's slow as crap!

i don't have the extra maps... which is disappointing. but i do have 3 different XJs...

if anyone has a way to host the game files, from what i remember, all you have to do is copy them to your hard drive, no "installing"... just launch the game from the folder it's in. (or create a shortcut)

i have the lifted 2dr and lifted 4dr and a jeepspeed xj. let me see if i can find what they are called and point you in the right direction.

edit: here is what i found. you have to register at http://www.insaneheat.com/ to be able to open these links probably. i know you have to register before you can download them. to download them you just click on the picture.

i hope those links work for you once you register at that site, if they dont work, then register at that website and then click "searches" then "vehicles" then type in XJ and it comes up with the 2dr and the jeepspeed i think, then type cherokee and you get the 4dr. for the map do the same but got to "searches" then "maps" and then type in viper trails.

yes thats how it works.


also, the map called viper i think is pretty cool. its my fav. the guy that made it put like 99 trials on it or something. all types of difficulties. its one of the only maps that i added on and about the only one i "free roam" at.

Man this looks like a killer game! I'm just not familiar with torrents and it appears neither is my computer. I've never downloaded this kind of stuff before, and it doesn't look like you can purchase the game anywhere either.

did you download utorrent or a program like that? that is what i use, there are other programs out there though. http://www.utorrent.com/ you may have to download a couple different torrent files. i did the one that was a zipped file. but here this looks like its got a few torrent files to download. http://www.torrentz.com/b14c37f4cff1ea967004ead8f0b8981e89f7130f also, the zipped on i got i think i found using the search function on utorrent.

after you install a program like utorrent, you can open these torrent files and they will download fully through utorrent, or whatever program you decide to use.

just a heads up the file could take awhile to download. i had to re-download yesterday, as my computer took a dump on me, and it took a long time!

That JeepSpeed XJ is great for racing... The suspension is perfect. Huge jumps and no flips...

I like the lil Baja Bug too!

oh, that answers the one without the bike, it looks like it also doesn't have the cooler on top? i never looked at the poly low one. thanks for telling me! i have and like those maps as well. :thumbup:

Thanks for all the help! I finally got it all figured out, but for some reason it's downloading at a blazing speed of 5 kb/s with broadband. At this rate it's going to take me days to get it completely done.:nono:

yeah mine did too, not sure why. maybe because it wasnt getting it from many people? i dunno but yeah it was slow i just left it going over night.:dunno: maybe someone else knows why it downloads so slow, sorry i dont know.

So its taking f-o-r-e-v-e-r for the game to download from the uptorrent program....Anyways went ahead and got alot of maps and vehicles.
